WHAT TO EXPECT IN A SESSION
Each breathwork session is a guided, grounded experience designed to meet you exactly where you are. You'll lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and be supported through a rhythmic breathing pattern that opens the body and quiets the mind.
You may feel physical sensations, emotional energy moving, or a deep sense of stillness and connection. There’s no right or wrong way to experience breathwork—whatever arises is welcome.
I create a safe, supportive space using music, somatic cues, and gentle guidance. You’ll be held throughout the session and offered time for integration afterward, so the insights and shifts that come through can land fully in your body and life. You don’t need any experience—just a willingness to show up and breathe.
